Bay Lake is a small quiet lake located in Faraday Township 10 minutes from Bancroft. The lake is about 85 hectares with a maximum depth around 22 meters. The lake is extremely clean, filtered by a natural limestone bottom and offers great fishing for Smallmouth Bass and Lake Trout. Cottage is situated on 250 feet of gorgeous lakefront highlighted by a sheltered private point.

Property
Property is a private ¾ of an acre lot with neighbouring cottages on either side sheltered by good tree cover. Driveway is large enough to handle up to 4 vehicles. Property facing the lake is flat and suitable for volleyball or badminton.

Cottage
Built in 1986, log construction built on solid block foundation. Cottage size is 24ftx36ft on 2 floors. Forced Air Electric heat, supplemented with a wood stove in upstairs Family Room. Water is pumped from the lake (all year with heated line) then filtered and purified with UV water system. Installed septic system provides liquid and solid waste disposal.

Bay Dock
This area on the North West shoreline faces a quiet bay (Jade Bay) and is a great spot for sun or shade while hanging out by the water. Dock is 16ftx16ft connected by a 12ft ramp to to a 15ftx6ft deck with seating.

Front Dock
Deck with benches tops the stairs down to this dock which is suitable for shallow water wading or parking your boat or canoe.

Bunkie
Large bunkie (8ftx20ft) features separate bedroom with 3 single beds. Sitting area includes table for cards/games, Air Hockey game, TV, VCR/DVD. Futon couch folds flat to a double bed. Microwave Oven is provided so you can enjoy popcorn while watching your favourite movie.

Deck
40ftx10ft deck wraps around the Cottage facing the lake. Deck is complimented with propane BBQ, Teak table w/umbrella and chairs that can accommodate 8 people and 2 Muskoka chairs for relaxing after dinner.
